It also supports multimedia file formats including music files, video files, and photo files. Its features for document formats include pagination thumbnail browser with bookmarks support for PDFs, PPTs, and Word documents; fast page navigation; full-screen display; night dark-screen reading mode; and voice reading of documents.

File transfer and sharing options include high-speed Wi-Fi sharing, direct file transfer with other apps, USB import and export, and support for AirDrop and AirPrint.

In terms of cloud storage, Office Assistant supports iCloud Drive and Dropbox, allowing easy interaction between cloud and local files. It also provides online reading capabilities for cloud files. iCloud Drive can be used on the computer to directly open and operate iCloud documents.

It offers document annotation and signature features for PDFs, PPTs, and Word documents. You can easily annotate using different brush colors and modify annotations with an eraser. With the Screen Sharing feature, you can easily share your screen with others using a new streaming technology. This is particularly useful for conferences, teaching sessions, and document presentations. It supports up to 4 devices simultaneously.
